Sharon's Wavy Dishcloth

Materials:

1 ball Bernat cot'N'soft variegated
1 ball white sugar and cream
Needle size used: size 4.5,Crochet hook: 3.5

Legend: V-variegated
MC- main colour
Size of cloth: 9.5 X 9.5

Stitch Multiple: 11 stitches

Pattern stitch:

Rows: 1-5 knit
Rows: 6 * k2tog, k2, knit into front and back of each of the next 2 sts. k3, ssk; rep from *.
Rows: 7, 9 and 11 purl
Rows: 8, 10 and 12 repeat row 6

Top Border pattern:

Row 1: Work row 6
Row 2. Knit 1 row

Pattern:

With "V" cast on 44 stitches work rows 1-5. Join mc and work rows 6, 7, 8, 9 10 and 11. Bringing un-used yarn up the side of your work.

With "V" work row 12. Continue working above rows and in respective color until you have the length you like or your cloth measures about 7.5 inches ending with row 12.

Begin Top Border pattern and work until you have 3 ridges to match bottom border, cast off on right side purlwise.

Finishing:

Using 3.5 crochet hook work single crochet all around cloth, working 3 single crochet in each corner. Make sure to take your needle under the yarn you took up the side of your work. Continue around and work sc...in first single crochet. Pull yarn through and fasten off. Weave in ends.
