Very Easy Textured Dishcloth
Great for dishes and easy to make.
Materials:
Peaches and Cream worsted weight cotton.
Needle Size: 5/US 8mm
Measurement after blocking: 9X9 inches
Stitch Pattern:
Rows 1 and 3 (Right side)-knit
Rows 2 and 4- purl
Row 5- *k1, p1; repeat from *.
Row 6- *p1, k1; rep from *.
Easy Textured Dishcloth:
Cast on 46 stitches and work 5 rows in garter stitch. Begin pattern above keeping 3 sts in garter stitch beginning and ending of rows.
Continue until your cloth measures 9 inches or length you want ending with row 4 of pattern. Work 5 rows garter stitch. Bind off until there is 1 stitch left. E-cast on 2 stitches and work an I-cord long enough for hanging. Sew to corner of cloth.
